ANXIETY ATTACKS: What Is It And Do You Have It?
Well first we will define Anxiety Attacks. Anxiety Is a uneasiness of mind, It is fearful concern marked by physiological signs ( sweating,head aches, increased heart rate) We all have Anxiety
but It Is up to us how we deal with It. Look around us, We have the war, We have constant terror of whats going to happen next. We have the economy and we have to pick a new Presedent..... I could go on and on. Its no wonder we continue to have our Insurace rates go up and up, Look around us we are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Why dont we talk to one another and begin to use some common sense, and help one another. Anxiety Is real and It will only get worse with our current situation. Lets work with each other and not against each other.
